Can someone recommend a padded cot bumper to keep at the head of the cot to soften blow for 1 year old who moves a lot in their sleep and consequently bangs their head a lot? Thank you 😊

There is something called 'Wonder Bumpers' which I think have now been rebranded as 'Vertical crib liners' 🤔 They should be okay for a 1yo(?) but for young babies I guess anything is a risk.

The Air Wrap is good! It's breathable so very safe - not that attractive but it's plain white at least.

I didn't realise there was quite a lot of controversy over cot bumpers - 1 yrs olds are fine but apparently cot bumpers can cause issues for newborns if they get stuck against them and can't breather for whatever reason. Lisa's suggestion of the Air Wrap is a good one though. - one additional consideration - do you have a drop sided cot? it can be quite a hassle setting these up and down.

A friend has just said that Air Wrap isn't that good as it doesn't have much cushioning - it may be better than nothing though as it stops arms and legs going through the bars
