What on earth is my kid saying? He keeps staring at me and saying "bees bees?", then seems infuriated that I can't answer his question.

My nephew has something close "bee bees". He was asking to watch "CBeebies"! I had to rely on my brother and sister-in-law to basically be translators for the first couple of years. 不

Could he be asking for something/want to do something and is and saying "please, please"?! The 'b' sound is much easier to say than 'pl'.... just a thought

haha - yes I should have thought of that one as my kids were exactly the same!!

definitely CBeebies - that's an easy one it was and still is one of Tess' only words (a rather revealing insight into my parenting tactics ... ... but those 10 minutes of peace ....).

A vote for CBeebies here too! We had 3 weeks of neenaw and thinking he wanted to watch Fireman Sam before i worked out he was saying water. I now offer him a drink if i don't understand what hes saying just in case...poor dehydrated child
