I am experiencing awful 'morning' sickness (it's not only in the morning FFS, it's every minute I'm not asleep!) and people keep suggesting I eat ginger. Ginger biscuits have 3% ground ginger in them, so not the best option. I can't stomach hot drinks so ginger tea or ginger infusions are out too. Can anyone recommend a good way of having ginger when you're feeling green?

Crystallised ginger? Lots of sugar but mostly real ginger. Got me through my pregnancy!

Apple & ginger juice is lovely, hopefully that will be ok for you to stomach? Poor you, hope it passes really soon xxx

After spending so long in Japan I can pretty much eat ginger raw! But probably not the best idea if you're feeling nauseous. How about ginger supplements? You can get daily ones at Boots. No warnings about taking them while pregnant, but you may want to quickly check the other ingredients. http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10052&productId=1139746&langId=-1&catalogId=11051

Ginger oatcakes and GinGins chewy ginger sweets are good - you can get both from Holland and Barrett. Helped me - good luck!

Thank you for all these recommendations! I tried a pineapple + ginger juice from M&S this morning and it actually did the trick for a bit. I will try all the yummy-sounding things too, I have no problem with sugar if it'll help me not be sick.

Ginger biscuits didn't work for me either. But a friend bought me some of those travel sickness bands which sometimes did the trick. I also used the blender to make juice with pineapple, mint, fresh ginger and ice, which is nice and refreshing too. Sympathy to you, pregnancy sickness is awful.
