How do I handle a six year old who cries about everything?
With as much patience and empathy as you can muster. Good luck.
Depends on each situation, but in general help them talk THEMSELVES through the problem. For example, first ask them why they're crying, then ask them why that problem makes them cry, ask them if crying is actually helping them feel better (it's not!) and asking them what they should do instead. They need to learn to reason through why they're upset and that there are better ways to deal with it than crying. It'll take a while though! Good luck
